We lived here for a year. The only problem we had as I’m sure it happens in any apartment complex is one or two noisy neighbors. Other than that it’s quiet. The minute the sun goes down it’s peaceful. Very clean and very spacious. You get your own little patio. Air conditioner and heating. The maintenance guys are great. They get things done. The manager is amazing. When we needed something done all I had to do was shoot her an email and maintenance was there the next day or two. If something changed the manager would contact us with plenty of time. They keep up with the landscape and with scheduling routine pest control. I didn’t have a problem with that at all. If I didn’t have to move due to my husband’s work I would have stayed. I give this place 5 stars ⭐️

I recently moved to Hampstead Heath and the process has been seamless. Christy is amazing! She was very patient with me. She answered all my questions and made the whole moving process amazing!!!
